A Deposit is required to be paid to The Pretty Parlour at time of booking. A deposit of £15 will be required for 1 service and £25 for 2 services booked per client.
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours’ in advance of the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done via phone call, if you are unable to get through to us please follow up with an email to The Parlour.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full treatment cost being charged to you.
Clients who do not cancel and do not show up will be charged 100% and will be charged in full for next booking
Clients who frequently cancel at the last minute will be asked to pay in full at time of booking
If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you however, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment time. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of the original treatment booked.
Any cancellations or rescheduling issues that arise due to extenuating circumstances may be discussed with the salon on a case-by-case basis
